Overview
Program Overview
Color Strengths is a diagnostic system developed and copyright-registered by founder Choi Hae-sook. Using dedicated Color-Strengths assessment and diagnostic sheets, it reads a person's strengths and disposition through color, and applies these insights to organizational engagement, communication, and stress management.
The diagnosis is based on the "Color Iceberg System." Rather than looking only at what is visible on the surface, it integrates inner clarity and strengths to help people understand themselves — using color as a medium to grasp both one's own disposition and that of others.
The program goes beyond individual self-understanding and extends into team-level communication and collaboration. By helping members acknowledge one another's differing strengths and dispositions, it reduces conflict and stress while raising teamwork.

Color-Strengths Diagnosis
Identify each individual's strengths and disposition type using the Color-Strengths assessment and diagnostic sheets.
Understanding Your Type's Strengths
Based on the diagnostic results, understand your strength type and your way of working.
Understanding Others · Communication
Acknowledge the strengths and dispositions of other types and learn communication approaches suited to each.
Conflict & Stress Management
Address ways to reduce conflict and stress arising from differences in disposition.
Team Application
Assign strengths at the team level, define collaboration guidelines, and apply them on the ground.
